Fall - Made his season debut at the Gopher Invitational... Fired a 1-under-par 71 in the first round at the Lone Star Invitational... Finished third at the HBU Husky Invitational... Posted an opening-round 67 at that event and followed with a 70 on the way to a final score of 209... Honored as the Conference USA Golfer of the Week following that performance. Spring - Made his debut at the Rice Intercollegiate... Bettered his score by two strokes with each round to finish in a tie for fourth at 213. NCAA Athens Regional: Opened with an even-par 71 and tied for 45th with a score of 221.
FRESHMAN (2010-11)
Competed in all but one tournament... Tied for the team lead with 12 rounds of par or better. Fall - Made his collegiate debut at the Fighting Irish Gridiron Classic... Led the Cougars at that event, shooting even-par 70s in the second and final rounds... Finished in a tie for 15th with a score of 216... Led the Cougars for the second straight tournament at the Cabo Collegiate... Tied for 12th place with a score of 218... Posted a 70 in the second round at the Lone Star Invitational... Finished in a tie for 39th at that tournament at 224. Spring - Made his spring debut at the Louisiana Classics... Played steady to lead the Cougars with a score of 218 and tie for 12th at that event... Led the Cougars at the Border Olympics with a consistent performance... Opened that tournament with a 70 and finished in a tie for 44th... Fired a 1-under-par 71 in the final round at the Conference USA Championships... Finished 37th at that event with a score of 225.
HIGH SCHOOL
Captured the 2008 AJGA Arkansas Junior at Blessing champion... 2008 Honored as the Texas Junior Golf Tour Player of the Year... Recognized as the 2008 Houston Golf Association Player of the Year..
