Fall -- Made his season debut at the season-opening Northern Intercollegiate... Opened that tournament with a 70 and finished in a tie for 11th at 222... Finished 16th at the Wolf Run Intercollegiate with a score of 224. Spring -- Was the Cougars' steadiest performer at spring-opening Bayou City Collegiate Championship... Fired three straight rounds of par or better, including a Final-Round 71, to finish in a tie for 13th at 1-under-par 215... Enjoyed a Final-Round 69 at the Valspar Collegiate Invitational to tie for 16th at 212... Posted a score of 70 at that event's First Round... Recorded three straight sub-par rounds, including 67-68 in the final two, to tie for fourth at the 3M Augusta Invitational... Was his second top-five showing in a three-tournament stretch. American Championships -- Forced to miss the tournament with a back injury. NCAA Lubbock Regional -- Became the first Cougar in NCAA Regional history to post three consecutive rounds in the 60s... Posted scores of 68-69-68 to tie for medalist honors with Texas Tech's Clement Sordet at 8-under-par 205... Was his second individual title of the season... Drained a birdie putt on No. 17 in the FInal Round to push the Cougars into a tie with Purdue for fifth in the team standings... Joined Brett Callas (2003) and Dean Larsson (1994) as the only Cougars to win NCAA Regional individual crowns... Was one of four Cougars with sub-par rounds in the First Round, only the second time in school history at an NCAA Regional. NCAA Championships -- One of nine individuals players to qualify for Final Round of stroke play... Tied for 27th with a score of 292 at The Concession Golf Club in Bradenton, Fla... Posted a 3-under-par 69 in the Third Round.
SOPHOMORE (2013-14) Fall - Made his season debut at the Northern Intercollegiate... Finished eighth at that tournament with a score of 216... Opened with a 67 and closed out the event with a 71 to put two Cougars among the top-10 leaders... Finished in a tie for 13th at the Golfweek Conference Challenge... Opened that tournament with an even-par 72 and closed it out with a 70... Helped lead the Cougars to the team title at the Fighting Irish Gridiron Classic... Posted three straight sub-par rounds and tied for second at 4-under-par 209... Fired a final-round 69 and battled for the individual lead... One of three Cougars to finish among the top-four leaders. Spring - Made his season debut at the Cougars' own Bayou City Collegiate Championship... Finished in a tie for 68th at 225.
FRESHMAN (2012-13) Fall - Made his collegiate debut at the season-opening The Invitational at Kiawah Island... Drained a birdie on the par-4, 410-yard No. 10 on the first hole of his collegiate career... Finished in a tie for 48th at 238... Finished 13th at the Harold Funston Invitational after posting a score of 221... Led the Cougars and finished ninth at the HBU Husky Invitational with a score of 216... Opened and closed that tournament with even-par rounds of 70. Spring - Posted sub-par rounds in the first and final of the Rice Intercollegiate to tie for seventh... Opened that tournament with a 1-under-par 71 and closed that event with a 70 to finish at 214. Summer: Became the first Cougar since 2007 to qualify for the U.S. Amateur Championship... Shot 68-70 in a one-day qualifier at The Links at Spring Church in Apollo, Pa., to grab the second and final spot... Capped his stay at the Canadian Amateur Championship with a final-round 69 to move into a tie for 22nd at 1-under-par 287... Competed at the U.S. Amateur Championship at The Country in Brookline, Mass., in mid-August... Advanced to the Round of 32 in match play before falling 4&3 to Australia's Nathan Holman... Became the first Cougar since 2007 to compete at the U.S. Amateur Championship... Was the first Cougar to win in match play at the U.S. Amateur Championship since 1999.
Named to the Development Squad by Golf Canada in the summer... Did not attend school during the 2011-12 season... Tied for 12th at the Canadian Amateur Championship with a score of 212 in early August... Posted a second-round 66 at that event. Senior (2010-11): Finished second at the Graham Cooke Invitational with a 67 in late August... Tied for ninth at the Investors Group Junior Boys' Championship in mid-July... Placed sixth at the Investors Group Junior Spring Classic - Boys in late May with a score of 223... Finished 15th at the Canadian Junior Boys Championship and tied for 11th at the CN Future Links Ontario Championship. Junior (2009-10): Finished fifth at the CN Future Links Ontario Championship... Tied for eighth at the Investors Group Junior Championship... Placed fourth at the Ontario Summer Games, thanks to a final round 69... Finished 2-up over Trinidad and Tobago's Jessel Mohammed to help Canada regain the Stephen Ames Cup...
