Fall - Made his season debut at the Gopher Invitational... Fired a career-low 67 in the second round at the Fighting Irish Gridiron Classic... Finished in a tie for 36th at that event. Spring - Returned to the starting lineup at the UTSA Oak Hills Invitational after suffering an ankle injury during the fall.. Tied for 48th with a score of 224 at that event... Shot an even-par 72 in the opening round at the Border Olympics... Finished a tie for 34th with a score of 226.
FRESHMAN (2010-11)
One of only three players to compete in all 11 tournaments. Fall - Made his collegiate debut at the Fighting Irish Gridiron Classic... Posted four straight birdies on the back nine to finish with an even-par 70 during his first collegiate round... Finished in a tie for 28th place with a score of 221... Tied for seventh place after recorded three straight par rounds or lower at the Lone Star Invitational... Posted a 2-under-par 70 in the second round and finished with a score of 214. Spring - Tied for 21st at the season-opening Rice Intercollegiate with score of 218... Went 71-72 in the final two rounds of that event... Fired back-to-back 69s in the final two rounds of the Desert Shootout to tie for 17th place... Finished with a score of 211 at that event... Posted a 72 in the final round at the Border Olympics to lower his score with each round... Drained birdies on five of six holes during one stretch at that event... Shot an even-par 72 in the second round at the Conference USA Championships... Finished in a tie for 26th with a score of 221 at that event.
