Made his Houston debut at the Red River Classic and opened that tournament with back-to-back scores of even-par 72, his best rounds of the year... Tied his season low round of 72 during the first round of the Conference USA Championships on the way to a season-best 36th-place finish.

JUNIOR COLLEGE
Competed at Odessa Junior College for one season before transferring to Houston...Ended the fall season with a 73.0 scoring average and followed that with a 73.3 average in the spring campaign....Collected NJCAA All-Region, NJCAA All-State and WJCAC All-Conference honors...Member of nine All-Tournament teams...Was the individual champion at the NJCAA All-State tournament...Helped lead Odessa JC to a third place finish at the national championships...Captured the championships at the Region 5 Tournament and the Texas State Tournament and was a member of the WJCAC championship team...Coached by Paul Chavez... Attended the University of Arizona for one season before transferring to junior college.
