Bremer, a native of Anaheim Hills, Calif., joins junior Courtney Ferguson and freshmen Emily Gilbreth and Kelli Rollo as the first team members in program history. She will have three years of eligibility remaining.
"Raegan will bring some collegiate experience to our team. She has been on the road and had success and understands how college golf works," Chadwell said. "She has had a good junior career and is doing well this summer. Raegan is a steady, reliable player who is continuing to develop her game, and I am excited to welcome her to the University of Houston."
"We are happy to welcome Raegan to the University of Houston," Chadwell said. "She was an outstanding player during her high school career and continued to develop her game at the collegiate level. I look forward to seeing what she will do as a Cougar in the future."
As a true freshman at UC Davis in 2012-13, Bremer was named All-Big West Honorable Mention after competing in eight tournaments with a pair of top-20 individual showings.
She posted a score of 144, including a second-round 69, to place seventh at the Peg Barnard Invitational and help lead the Gauchos to a third-place team finish. Her second-round total tied as the program's fourth lowest 18-hole score of the season.
As a prep star at Canyon High, Bremer earned four letters and received All-County First-Team honors as a junior in 2010-11. A four-time All-Century League Team honoree, she served as team captain as a senior and guided the program to three consecutive undefeated seasons in her final three years.
