minutes between events.

Sign up for field events are due 1 hour before the start of the first

event of the grouping (throws and horizontal jumps - 9:00 am; vertical

jumps - 11:00 am)




Sign up for ALL running events are due by 11:00 am 




Entry fee is $10 per person.  




No additions will be made after 11:00 am




Start lists will be posted in the warm-up area at the end of the track

as soon as they are available.




60m and 60m hurdles will advance the top 8 times to the final

All other running events will run in sections (fast to slow)

8 will advance to the finals of the field events
