One of just two Cougars to start in all 31 games...averaged 7.2 points, 8.4 rebounds, and 0.7 blocked shots in just under 30 minutes per game (third on team)...ranked fifth in the American Athletic Conference in offensive rebounds per game (3.2), sixth in overall rebounds per game, seventh in defensive rebounds per contest (5.2), and 15th in blocks per game...Thompson led the team in free throw attempts per game (4.8), free throws made per contest (2.8), rebounds, offensive rebounds, defensive rebounds, and blocked shots...ranked third on the team in scoring, third on the team in field goal percentage (.456)...led Houston in rebounding in 17 of the Cougars' 24 contests to end the year, including six straight from Nov. 23 to Dec. 15 and in 20 games overall...led the squad in scoring on four separate occasions, including pouring in a career-high 24 points on Feb. 11 vs. Rutgers, while also knocking down a career-best 12 free throws...led Cougars in assists three times...led team in steals six times and led team in blocks on 11 occasions, recording a season-high four blocks on Jan. 4 at Rutgers...led team in double-doubles with six, while also leading team in double digit rebounding games with 11...posted nine double digit scoring games, which ranked third on the team...poured in 10 points and grabbed a season-high 15 rebounds in a homecoming game of sorts on March 3 at Temple...was placed on the American Athletic Conference Honor Roll on three separate occasions...earned the first AAC Honor Roll selection on Jan. 27 after averaging 12.5 points and 10 rebounds in games at No. 5 Louisville (Jan. 21) and SMU (Jan. 25)...named to the conference honor roll for the second straight week on Feb. 3 after averaging 10.5 points and nine rebounds per game in two games at USF (Jan. 29) and UCF (Feb. 1)...earned her final honor roll selection of the year on March 4, after averaging 11.5 rebounds per contest in two games vs. Memphis (March 1) and at Temple (March 3) to end the regular season.

Saw action in all 30 contests with 29 starts... ranked third on the squad with 8.6 points per game and led the team with 8.5 rebounds per contest... led Conference USA and ranked 10th all-time in Houston single-season history in field-goal percentage (.553), converting 94 of 170 shots... shot 49 percent (71-146) from the free-throw line... also averaged 1.4 blocks and 1.3 steals per contest... played 28.4 minutes per game... tied for the league lead with 1.6 blocks per game in conference action... scored in double figures in 10 games... pulled down 10 or more rebounds in 12 contests while posting a team-best five double-doubles... named C-USA Player of the Week on Nov. 26 after averaging 16.0 points and 10.0 rebounds while shooting 84 percent (21-25) from the field in three games against McNeese State, Southeast Missouri and Northwestern State... posted career-best 21 points to go with 14 rebounds while shooting 9-of-12 from the field at McNeese State on Nov. 20... went a perfect 8-of-8 from the field en route to 18 points against Northwestern State on Nov. 24... grabbed 17 boards in back-to-back games against Alabama and Yale... totaled 58 rebounds over a four-game span from Nov. 13-23... notched second double-double of the season with a 10-point, 11-rebound performance against UTSA on Nov. 27... registered third double-double in an overtime victory over Delaware State on Jan. 6, putting up 11 points and 10 boards in a career-best 41 minutes... grabbed double-double rebounds in four straight games from Jan. 6-20... pulled down 12 boards in C-USA opening win over Memphis and followed up with a career-best 18 rebounds and five blocks at UAB... registered fourth double-double in Houston's comeback win at Rice on Feb. 10 with 10 points and 12 rebounds in 29 minutes of work... posted nine points, 11 rebounds and a career-high three assists in just 20 minutes in Houston's comeback win at Tulane on Feb. 17... notched final double-double of the season in Houston's upset victory over league-leading SMU on Feb. 24 with 13 points and 13 boards, playing all 40 minutes... just missed a double-double in the regular-season home finale against Rice, posting 13 points and nine rebounds while going a perfect 5-of-5 from the field... followed up with a 17-point, eight-rebound performance at Tulsa on March 7, going 5-of-7 from the field and 7-of-11 from the charity stripe... after shooting 43 percent (45-105) from the free-throw line in the season's opening 21 games, Thompson shot 63 percent (26-41) over the final nine contests.

Earned NJCAA All-Conference Honorable Mention honors last season after averaging 8.1 points and a team-leading 9.0 rebounds per game... helped lead Paris JC to a 24-7 record while reaching a national ranking of No. 11, setting a school record... shot 44 percent (80-of-183) from the field and 61 percent (75-of-124) from the free-throw line... tallied 10 points and 18 boards against Kilgore JC.

Became first athlete in school history to score 1,000-career points... averaging 14.1 points and 11.8 rebounds per game among tough Philadelphia competition... played in Philadelphia's prestigious Labor Classic All-Star Game.
