Women's Basketball Announces Time Changes for David Jones Classic

HOUSTON - University of Houston women's basketball head coach Todd Buchanan announced time changes for the second day of the David Jones Classic on Saturday, Nov. 24.

Due to Houston's final football contest at Robertson Stadium against Tulane at 2:30 p.m. CT, the first women's basketball game between Southeast Missouri State and UTPA will tip off at 10 a.m., followed by the Cougars' contest against Northwestern State at noon.

Fans with a football ticket will be able to gain free admission to Houston's matchup with Northwestern State. Parking will be available in the main parking garage on Holman Street for $10.

The Cougars will face Yale (Nov. 17) and McNeese State (Nov. 20) on the road before coming home to host the David Jones Classic, which honors the late assistant coach (1999-2006) who was a part of 122 wins and four postseason appearances.
