2005 C-USA Commissioner's Honor Roll This Season: Is set to return this season after missing all of last season with an injury. . . One of two seniors on this year's team and will be the top goalkeeper for the Cougars this season. . . Spent first two seasons as forward before making the transistion to keeper . . . Extremely coachable, and hard worker. 2004 (Junior): Sat out the entire season after having a tumor removed from behind her right eye. 2003 (Sophomore): Played in 11 games with no starts. . . Had a shot vs North Texas (Aug. 29), vs SMU (Sept. 7) and vs South Carolin (Sept. 14), which was a shot on-goal. 2002 (Freshman): Saw action in eight games with one start... Lone start came against Southwest Texas State on Oct. 2... Had two shots, both on-goal, in Houston's 1-0 win over the Bobcats . High School: Received Honorable Mention both her junior and senor years... was also a standout volleyball player, in which she was a setter/hitter... A member of the National Honor Society as well as Texas Scholar. Personal: Born July 17, 1983, in Houston, Texas . . . Parents are Ronnie and Beverly Pucek. . . Father ran track at Rice. . . Chose UH because "I liked the school, location and wanted to play for the Cougars". . . Majoring in kinesiology. |
