This Season: Very versatile . . . Will see time in the center midfield or the forward position this fall . . . Incredible strength, ability to strike the ball several different ways . . . Should be a force on this team and in the conference. 2003 (Freshman): Named to the Conference USA All-Freshman Team . . . one of only six Cougars, and two freshman, to start every game . . . had eight shots, including two on goal. High School: Was an outstanding soccer and basketball player... was named to the All-League Team for both soccer and basketball... was also named to the All-League team for fastpitch... was coined the 2001 Female Athlete of the Year for her acadedmics as well as 2002 Super Six Basketball Female Athlete of the Year... a member of the National Honors Societ6y and honor roll... graduated number one in her class. Personal: Born Aug. 16, 1985, in Bremerton, Wa.... also recruited by Drake University, Illinois, High Point and Lander... chose UH because of the nursing and soccer programs... majoring in nursing. |
