HOUSTON — Houston Soccer senior goalkeeper Cami Koski was honored on TopDrawerSoccer.com’s Midseason All-Conference team for The American Athletic Conference squad, announced Wednesday.
Koski, the program’s record holder in shutouts (17), entered the 2013 season ranked second all-time in saves and is now 13 away (292) from breaking the all-time record (304) with three regular season games remaining.
Koski sits second in wins (19), first in ties (8) and first in goalie games played (62) and goalie games started (55). This season alone, Koski has accumulated 83 saves in 872 minutes of action.
The Missouri City, Texas native, was tabbed a TopDrawerSoccer.com Preseason All-Conference honoree as the only goalkeeper named to The American Athletic Conference team.
Koski is one of 20 soccer student-athletes recognized on The American Athletic Conference team and one of only two goalkeepers.

The midseason update also marks a fresh look at the Top 20 players for every conference in the country. A number of the conferences have gone through heavy changes from the preseason rankings to reflect the best players in the conference this season.
Houston will travel to face SMU on Friday at 7 p.m. CT in Dallas, Texas. The Cougars will then return home to face UCF (Thursday, Oct. 24 – 7 pm) and USF (Sunday, Oct. 27 – 1 pm) for the final two regular-season games.
