HOUSTON, Texas (Oct. 31) - After finishing the regular season with a 5-5-1 record in conference, the University of Houston women's soccer team kicks off post-season action at the Conference USA Championship to be held Nov. 1-4 in Saint Louis, Mo. UH enters the tournament as the No. 6 seed and will face No. 3 seeded Cincinnati on Wednesday, Nov. 1 at 5 p.m. The meeting between the Cougars and Bearcats marks the second time that the two have been paired against each other in the first round of the tournament. On Nov. 4, 1998, Houston lost to Cincinnati 0-2 in the first round of the championships. UC went on to lose in the semifinal round to eventual tournament champion Charlotte 1-2.

Here are the pairings for the 2000 Conference USA Women's Soccer Tournament to be held November 1-4 in St. Louis, Missouri. All games will be played at Robert R. Hermann Stadium. All times Central.
