Junior (2004): Posted her first career grand slam against UAB to give Houston a 6-4 victory ... had three hits in three at bats with one RBI against Saint Louis ... helped the Cougars to the upset over No. 17 USF with her two-RBI double ... started 39 games in 50 appearances

Sophomore (2003): Appeared in 55 games with 46 starts for the Cougars... fourth on team with a .278 batting average ... third on team with 10 home runs ... third on team with 11 doubles ... finished with a .564 slugging percentage ... went 3-for-4 with a double, an RBI and a run scored against Sam Houston State ... best game of season came against Boston going 2-for-3 with two home runs, three runs batted in and two runs scored ... hit game-winning home run to lead the Cougars past nationally-ranked LSU

RS Freshman (2002): Began the year as starting shortstop ... moved to third base as the season progressed ... Batted .240 for the year earning 23 hits and seven RBI ... knocked out three homeruns ... hit two doubles against Texas A&M Corpus Christi ... went 2-for-3 against No. 17 Southwest Texas State ... batted .500 against Sam Houston, Stephen F. Austin, East Carolina, Charlotte and South Florida ... went 2-for-3 against Texas Southern

Freshman (2001): Redshirted season

Three-time first team All-District honoree in softball at Devine High School in Devine, Texas ... named team best defensive player in `97 and `98 ... selected district MVP as a senior in 2000... helped the team to a 27-2 record and a trip to the state playoff finals ... coached in softball by Jim Sessions ... also earned varsity letters in volleyball where she was named first team All-District in her final year ... member of the National Honor Society outstanding student who scored a 1230 on the SAT and graduated in the top ten percent of her class ... four-time member of the All-District Academic Team ... was also named to the All-State Academic Team in 2000

Born September 9, 1981, in Austin ... parents are John and Pennie Davis ... sister, Joy, also plays softball and was named the 2000 Bay Area Newcomer of the Year ... also recruited by Texas, Texas A&M, Baylor and Stephen F. Austin.
