SOPHOMORE (2012)
Played in 32 games and started in 14 of those as pitcher and nine of those as outfield or dh... In opening game against Oklahoma State (Feb. 11) Outon threw all seven innings, allowed only 3 his and no runs to shut out OSU 3-0 and advance the team to 1-0... Pitched an additional four shut out games throughout the season... Threw eight strikeouts in shutout victory over Memphis (March 24) ... Logged four innings against Northwestern (May 19) in the NCAA Regional game ... Finished with an overall pitching record of 10-6 ... Hit a home run against Texas State (April 4) in the same game sister Haley homered ... Batted 9-for-42 (.214) with six runs, two doubles and one home run on the year.

FRESHMAN (2011)
Appeared in 15 games last year making seven starts ... Third member of the Houston pitching staff that led the nation in team ERA ... Named the C-USA Pitcher of the Week (March 2) after picking up two wins at ECU, scattering four hits with nine strikeouts in 13.1 innings and no runs allowed ... Went another 13.1 innings over her next three starts without giving up a run ... Pitched a shut out as the Cougars beat UCF in the final game of the season to claim the regular season championship ... Also added six plate appearances recording a double and an RBI.
