Groholski posted a 45-20 record with 577 strikeouts in 387.0 innings pitched in her first three years as a varsity player for the Grapeland High School Sandies under head coach David Reynolds...After her junior season, she was named an All-State Pitcher by the Texas Sports Writers Association (TSWA) and an All-State Pitcher by the Texas Girls Coaches Association...Recognized as an All-East Texas Team Pitcher and the District MVP...Recorded a 23-5 record with 351 strikeouts and a 0.40 ERA during her junior campaign...Also hit at .518 clip with three home runs and 36 RBI in her junior season.

Following her sophomore season with a 1.66 ERA, Groholski was again named an All-Brazos Valley Area Pitcher and an All-District Pitcher...Fueled by a 15-10 record with 152 strikeouts in 142.0 innings pitched as a sophomore...The accolades followed a freshman season where Groholski accepted All-Brazos Valley Area Pitcher and All-District Pitcher honors for the first time...Finished her rookie season, 7-5, with 74 strikeouts in 57.0 innings pitched and a 1.47 ERA.
