AT UH Sophomore (2003): Earned first-team All-Conference USA honors ... received All-South Region Second Team honors ... played in and started 53 games for the Cougars ... third on the team in runs scored with 33 ... led the Cougars in walks with 24 ... tied for team lead in triples with two ... finished with a .250 batting average with 37 hits in 148 at bats ... had a .338 slugging percentage and a .358 on base percentage ... went 3-for-4 with a double, four runs scored, two RBI and a stolen base against Sam Houston State ... went 2-for-3 in back to back games on March 1 against Jackson State and LSU scoring runs in both games and picking up an RBI against Jackson State ... went 2-for-3 with two RBI and two runs scored against Saint Louis Freshman (2002): Named to the C-USA All-Freshman Team ... worked into starting rotation in center field throughout the year ... burst upon the scene batting .324 with 33 hits and 22 RBI in 43 games, including 36 starts ... slugged .578 and had 15 extra-base hits for the year ... led the Cougars and was second in C-USA with five triples ... batted 1.000 with three walks against South Florida ... went 2-for-3 with a homerun and a double against UAB ... went 3-for-4 with two RBI against Georgia State ... went 5-for-5 in the Cougar's series against Texas Southern with seven RBI two doubles and a homerun ... batted .500 against Stephen F. Austin with two doubles and two homeruns
