HOUSTON - The University of Houston softball program will host two winter camps on campus Jan. 12 and 13, 2013.

Both camps will instruction from the University of Houston staff in addition other college staffs in the local area. Scrimmages will be held each day to implement the skills taught during the clinic.

Winter High School General Skills Camp
The Winter High School General Skills Camp is a great time to develop your game and improve your skills before the spring season starts. During this camp, the Houston coaching staff and student-athletes will break down your mechanics and build up your mental game.

Date: Jan. 12, 2013
Price: $85
Time: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Lunch 12 - 1)
Grades: 8th - 12th grade

Winter Junior High Camp: January 13, 2013
This camp is geared for junior high school softball athletes. The junior high camp will be a great time for the campers that know the basics but need to refine their defensive and offensive skills. Throughout the day, campers will not only get evaluated on their talent but will be able develop their mental approach.

Price: $85
Time: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
