Member of the Cougars' 400-yard medley relay team at the C-USA Championship which posted the eighth-fastest time in school history... Claimed first place in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:11.98 at Incarnate Word... Won the 100-yard breaststoke (1:09.29) and the 200-yard breaststroke (2:28.98) at Louisiana-Monroe.

Competed for two years at Louisiana-Monroe and head coach John Pittington before transferring to Houston... Set three school records in the 100 breast and 200 and 400 medley relays... Earned second- and third-place medals in the 100 and 200 breast... Advanced to the finals of the 100-yard breast during the Texas Invitational as a sophomore... Named to the Sun Belt Conference Academic Honor Roll... Posted career best times of 1:06.88 in the 100-yard breaststroke, 59.72 in the 100-yard butterfly and 2:13.30 in the 200-yard individual medley.

Lettered for head coach Toni Schramme... Holds four school records at Lamar Consolidated High and was a district medalist participating in breaststroke and individual medley events... As a sophomore, was a state finalst and region Swimmer of the Year... Was named the Herald Coaster Athlete of the Week and Houston Chronicle Athlete of the Week... Was Class 4A state runner-up as a junior and senior and was honored as the District and Region Swimmer of the Year... Three-time Team Most Valuable Player... Received Academic All-America consideration and was a member of National Honor Society... Graduated in the top 10 percent of her class... Competed with the Houston Swim Club under coach Gilbert Legaspi... Was a Junior National qualifier in the breast and a National qualifier in the medley relay... Recorded career best of 2:22.86 (200 breast)... Worked with Special Olympics and was a volunteer with Red Cross.
