    Live Stats for Louisville Meet

HOUSTON - The University of Houston Swimming and Diving team will compete in their first competition of 2014 when they travel to Evansville, Ind. on Friday, Jan 10. Following the action on Friday, the Cougars travel to Louisville, Ky. and compete in a tri-meet against Louisville and Cincinnati on Saturday, Jan. 11.

Friday's meet between Houston and Evansville begins at 2 p.m. with Saturday's start time set for 11 a.m. Houston faces Cincinnati and Louisville at the tri-meet on Saturday that also serves as a preview for Ralph Wright Natatorium as the Cardinals host the first ever American Championships from Feb. 19-22.

Houston should be well rested for the trip as they have not competed since Nov. 23, when they claimed a third-place finish at the Phill Hansel Invite. Prior to the Phill Hansel Invite, Houston took back-to-back dual meet victories on consecutive days when they defeated North Texas and SMU on Nov. 1 and 2.

Houston heads to Texas A&M on Jan. 16 for their next competition.
