    Albuquerque, NM (Nov. 11) - The University of Houston women's swim team battled the high Albuquerque altitude as much as a tough slate of opponents at the Lobo Invitational November 11-12.

    The Cougars finished 6th among a field of seven teams at the Seidler Natatorium on the University of New Mexico campus. Top UH performances included sophomore Falon Hopkins finishing second among a field of 40 athletes in the 100-yard butterfly (58.08). Junior Elissa Nelson was second mile with a season-best time of 17:46.44.
