HOUSTON--The University of Houston diving team travels to College Station, Texas to compete in the Texas A&M Art Adamson Invitational at the Student Rec Center Natatorium, beginning at 6 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Divers from No. 2 Stanford, No. 15 UCLA, Ohio State will compete against Houston in the diving events.

Junior Anastasia Pozdniakova will lead the Cougars, after receiving her third-consecutive Conference USA Diver of the Week honor Tuesday, and her fourth this season.

Pozdniakova was the only diver to exceed 300 points in both the 1-meter and 3-meter events at the Phill Hansel Duals Weekend, her third-consecutive week to do so. That was her fifth-straight 1-meter win.

Sophomore Lacey Truelove (301.90) and freshman Rachel Erickson (219.75) were right behind Pozdniakova in the 2-meter event at the Phill Hansel Duals Weekend with their second and third-place finishes, respectively.

The trio finished in the same order in the 1-meter, with Pozdniakova posting 322.10 points, Truelove posting 266.20 points and Erickson taking the third spot with 219.70 points.
