HOUSTON – The University of Houston Swimming & Diving team is receiving votes in the latest TYR/CSCAA Rankings.

“This is an exciting recognition for our Student-Athletes, and is a good indication that we continue to move forward as a program," said Head Coach Ryan Wochomurka.

Houston closed out November with a pair of dual meet wins and a convincing victory at the Phill Hansel Invitational. The Cougars picked up two American Athletic Conference weekly awards, numerous lifetime best and various program records to go along with a pair of nationally ranked times in the 200 Freestyle.

This marks the first time under Head Coach Ryan Wochomurka that the Cougars have received votes in the national rankings.

Houston will return to action after the New Year, when it hosts Arkansas and Vanderbilt Jan. 9 at the CWRC.
