2007-08 Season (Freshman)
In her freshman debut Joanna appeared in the No. 5 spot to defeat Tyler Junior College 6-2, 7-5 and appeared in the No. 3 spot paired with Leila Salek to win 8-1 (Jan. 26)...moved up to the No. 3 spot to defeat Stephen F. Austin 7-6, 6-3 and in the No. 2 spot won 8-1 with partner Lynley Wasson (Feb. 13)...again paired with Wasson in the No. 2 spot defeated Northwestern State 8-5 (Feb. 17)...in the No. 4 spot defeated McNeese State 6-0, 6-1 and again won 8-3 in the No. 2 spot with partner Wasson (Feb. 18)...teamed up with Wasson to defeat Gramblin State 8-1 in the No. 2 spot (Feb. 22)...in the No. 6 spot defeated Southern 7-5, 6-0 and paired with Wasson again in the No. 2 spot to win 8-4 (April 12)...again in the No. 2 spot paired with Wasson defeated UTEP 8-6 (April 17).
High School
Graduated from Mickiewicz High School in Warsaw, Poland in 2007...2002 finalist of the Polish Team Championships...played in the LEGIA tennis club from 2005-07...coached by her father Waldemar Kacprzyk.

Born on Dec. 11, 1988 in Warsaw, Poland...daughter of Wademar and Beata Kacpryk...father is the biggest influence on her life because he coached her since she was seven years old...hobbies include cooking and skiing...major is undecided.
