This Year: Expected to jump into a power position in her first full season with UH... a fierce competitor... has the ability to manipulate a point from anywhere on the court... one of the top movers on the team.

2001-02: Joined team in January and entered lineup at the No. 2 singles spot... contributed immediately to team success... opened Cougar career with two consecutive singles and doubles wins on January 26 against Southwest Texas State and UT-Pan American... posted a 15-8 singles record and was 10-12 overall in doubles... was 6-6 in the No. 2 doubles spot with partner Jo Keene... Clinched a key match over Ana Saaibi to help Cougars to 4-3 win over Tulane... teamed with Kailey Meisinger to defeat Cincinnati’s Jen Capuzzi and Leen Corneillie on April 21 in their final doubles match of the season.

1999-2001: Played tennis at Stetson University in DeLand, Fla., for coach Maria Zavala... went 15-5 in singles matches during the 2000-01 season in the No. 1 slot... went 10-9 in doubles for the year... helped team to a 13-2 overall record... tied a career high by winning 11 matches in a row from March 8-26, 2001... named first-team All-TAAC.

High school: Four-year letterman in tennis at San Luiz high school in Caracas, Venezuela, for coach Pedro Blanco... won regional, state and national championships while at San Luiz.
