The University of Houston women's tennis team fell to tournament favorite No. 28 Tulane Monday in the semifinal round of the 2003 Conference USA Championships in New Orleans. The third-seeded Cougars (13-9) were swept by the top-seeded Green Wave (16-4) 4-0.
