    Houston, Texas - The University of Houston women's tennis team lost its second-straight match to Central Florida, 1-6, on Sunday morning in Houston.

    Houston junior Sarah Borwell improved her singles record downing UCF's Ann-Jeanette Svantesson 6-2, 6-7, 6-2. Borwell is undefeated in singles competition.

    UH will next compete on Friday, Feb. 9 at 2 p.m. against cross-town rival Rice at the UH Varsity Tennis Courts.
