Women's Tennis Back in Action this Weekend

HOUSTON - The University of Houston women's tennis team will continue its eight-match home stand as it hosts Texas Tech and No. 26 Tulane this weekend at the John E. Hoff/Varsity tennis courts.

The Cougars (9-8, 1-2 C-USA) will face the Red Raiders Saturday and the No. 26 Green Wave in a Conference USA match Sunday. Both matches are slated to begin at 11 a.m.

Tulane (13-4) is led by #27 Julie Smekodub and #44 Jenny Kuhn, who are also ranked ninth in the nation in doubles play.
