HOUSTON - Head coach John Severance announced the signing of Isabella Glinska to a National Letter of Intent Monday afternoon during the recent signing period.

"We look forward to getting Isabella into our program and making her the best college tennis player that she can be," Severance said. "She already has a lot of weapons in her arsenal that include a big serve and solid ground strokes."

Glinska (Pickerel, Ontario) is currently ranked in the Top 12 in Canada and will join fellow Canadian Neila Starratt on the squad starting in 2007-08.
