Fort Worth, Texas - The University of Houston women's tennis team narrowly lost to TCU, 5-4, on Sunday afternoon in Forth Worth.

Houston (2-2) split six singles matches with TCU, but dropped two of three in doubles.

The Cougars received victories from junior Galina Seliounina, senior Luciane Kelbert and freshman Kailey Meisinger in singles, while in doubles, the number one team of sophomore Sarah Borwell and Seliounina topped Natlie Balafoutis and Rachel Niwa, 8-6.

UH will next compete on Tuesday, Feb. 23 at 2 p.m. againsTexasA&M at the UH Varsity Tennis Courts.
