2005 Season (Freshman)
Adams saw action in 23 of 30 matches this season ... gives Houston flexibility on offense as a second setter ... second on the squad pumping out 182 assists at a 3.08 per game clip ... registered double digit assists in nine matches ... one of nine players averaging over a dig per game ... one of three freshman to start in the season-opener against Wichita State ... made an instant impact dishing out a team-high 20 assists against the Shockers (Aug. 26) ... first career double-double (14 assists and 11 digs) came against No. 24 Kansas State (Sept. 10) at the KSU Invitational ... passed out a career-best 22 assists against Florida State (Sept. 10) ... one of three Cougars to register over 20 digs in a match with a career-high 23 against College of Charleston (Sept. 17) ... dished out 14 assists and added three digs in C-USA debut at UTEP (Sept. 30) ... added a team-best 19 assists against Marshall ... also knocked a career-best four kills against the Thundering Herd (Oct. 21)

A three-time All-State First-Team performer in 2001-2003 ... four-time All-District SIC First-Team 2000-2003 ... named the SIC District MVP in 2002 ... Centennial's MVP 2001-2003 ... holds school record in single-season assists (852), career assists (3,112), single-match assists (59), single-season aces (115) and single-match aces (9) ... played on the 2000 and 2002 club champion team, the 2001 5A state champion team ... participated in the 2002 Junior Olympics and was a member of the 2000 USA Junior National High Performance Team.

Daughter of Gary and Sylvia Adams ... born on January 6, 1986 ... 2003 Who's Who Among American Students ... received a gold, silver and bronze Congressional Medal of Honor ... also recruited by Washington, Washington State, Columbia, Bowling Green and Morgan State.
