1998: Made the transition to Division I volleyball after two seasons at Utah Valley State Junior College in Orem, Utah...enrolled at UH in the spring and benefitted from a semester of offseason workouts with the team...appeared in 13 matches and in 18 games...made one start against Conference USA rival UNC Charlotte...spiked a career-high seven kills in 20 attempts in the 3-1 win over UNCC ...also made six digs, three blocks and passed out seven set assists against the 49ers...posted three kills and three blocks in a 3-0 sweep of SMU...stuffed a pair of block solos and had two digs in two games against the Mustangs...

1997: Led Utah Valley to a second consecutive appearance in the junior college national championship tournament...helped the squad to a 31-11 record and conference championship after leading the Wolverines in hitting percentage (.288) and finishing second in blocks per game (0.85)...averaged 2.28 kills per game as a middle hitter...

1996: Paced the squad to a 31-12 record and national tournament bid as a freshman...worked her way into the starting lineup 16 times...finished second on the team in hitting percentage (.255) and with 103 total kills...registered a season-high 14 kills on 29 attempts for a .391 hitting percentage against league rival Snow College...stuffed seven blocks in a match against Palomar...

High School: Multi-sport letterwinner at Alvin High School in Alvin, Texas...earned all-District 24-5A honors as a senior team captain in 1995...also earned all-district accolades in basketball and was a member of the track & field team...member of the Academic Honor Roll...
