Cougars Add Estonia Standout Pertens

Aug. 10, 2017

HOUSTON -- University of Houston Volleyball Head Coach Kaddie Platt announced the addition of Silvia Pertens on Thursday morning.

“Silvia's experience and skills will give us some high level depth to the outside hitter position,” Platt said. “She has good power, ball control and volleyball IQ. Silvia is a great addition to the team and will do great things.”

Pertens (OH) rounds out a strong 2017 class as the Cougars previous announced the additions of Ryan Emmert (MB), Abby Irvine (S) and Gabi Zelaya (OH) in November as well as Claire Karsten (OH) in August.
