    1999: Starting rightside hitter before a shoulder injury sidelined her for over a month midway through the season...started 19 of the 32 matches and 70 of the team's 120 games (58 percent)... averaged a team co-leading 3.11 kills per game in her first official competitive volleyball action since 1996 and her first full season of volleyball since her senior year of high school in 1995...was poised to lead the Cougars for a key stretch run - spiking 17 kills in four games to lead UH to a win over C-USA rival Saint Louis on Oct. 3, but was sidelined after that match until Nov. 14...led the team in attempts per game (8.31)...posted nine matches with double-figure kills, including a career-high 25 in a 3-2 win over NCAA Tournament-bound Temple...hit .327 with four service aces and nine blocks in the win over the Atlantic 10 champions...also spiked 23 kills and hit .348 with a career-high 16 defensive digs in leading UH to a dramatic come-from-behind 3-2 win over Arkansas-Little Rock, clinching the squad's 21st win of the season ...the 25- and 23-kill matches were the second and fifth-highest kill totals by a Cougar all season...hit for a .325 percentage or better in match four times, including a career-high .400 against nationally-ranked Loyola Marymount on the road...averaged 1.95 digs per game while seeing most of her action on the front row...averaged 0.63 blocks per game...served a career-high four aces twice...1998: Member of the UCLA volleyball team but did not play in any matches during her (redshirt) sophomore season...1997: Redshirted the season at UCLA in order to fully recover from injury the previous year...1996: Played in eight matches and in 15 games as a true freshman at UCLA...made the most of her first start of the season, leading the Bruins with 14 kills and making four defensive digs at rival USC on September 28... suffered a knee injury at practice two days later (Sept. 30) which would keep her out of action the next two years...logged seven service aces in eight games for a percentage of 0.47...served a career-high three aces in a win over Weber State...tallied 30 kills in 98 attempts with 15 digs and six blocks before injury...High School /Club Volleyball: Selected to Volleyball magazine's Fab 50 as one the nation's top prospects...two-time all-state and all-Greater Houston honoree at Cypress Falls High School...led the Golden Eagles to the Region III semifinals as a senior in 1995...spiked 279 kills, stuffed 144 blocks and recorded 242 digs as a senior...earned first team all-District 16-5A three times...was coached in volleyball at Cypress Falls by Kathy Stephenson...also earned varsity letter in basketball...versatile player who starred at middle and outside hitter for Texas Elite Club team...
