Where can I find my customer # and/or my PIN?
Customer numbers (Acct #) and PINs were sent to all season ticket members in their renewal email. Your account number is your user name to log in and PIN is your password. You can change your password once you log in. I've logged in online before, but I forgot my Password, how do I get it?
You should have received an email from the Athletics Ticket Office notifying you that your renewal was available online. The address at which the email was received is the address you used when you established your season ticket account online. You should have a password that was entered when you created your account. If you have forgotten your password, you may click the "Forgot Password?" link; enter your email and your password will be emailed to you. Or, you can always call 713-GO-COOGS and a ticket office representative can retrieve your password for you.

I've logged in online, but I don't see my application. Why?
There could be a couple of reasons that you don't see your season ticket invoice. First, check the left hand side of the site to verify your information is showing up once logged in. Your available invoices should populate in the middle of the page, if there are no invoices showing please call 713-GO-COOGS so our ticket offices staff can resolve the issue.

What are Cougar Pride priority points used for?
In an effort to more equitably serve Cougar Pride members, a system was developed in 2009 to determine ranking to fairly process and prioritize many benefits, like postseason ticket allocation, championship tickets and special events. The priority point system is also used to allocate Cougar Pride benefits, such as football season parking and seating. Each donor's priority point total is taken into consideration when distributing benefits and assigning or allocating the following:

    • Football season tickets
    • Priority parking for athletics events
    • Away game tickets
    • Neutral site tickets
    • Football bowl tickets
    • Men's basketball conference post season tournament tickets
    • All other priority-based benefits
