ADA/Accessibility
Houston Athletics is committed to guests with disabilities. Robertson Stadium is designed with accessible parking, restrooms, concessions, ATMs, and seating areas. For more information, fans can call the Athletics Ticket Office at (713) GO-COOGS (462-6647).

Animals
Animals are not permitted at Robertson Stadium with the exception of service animals and service animals in training.

ATMs
ATMs are located inside Robertson Stadium at Gate 1 and Gate 10.

Bag Search
All bags are subject to search upon entry and are subject to additional searches within Robertson Stadium. This policy is in effect for all guests of Houston Athletics.

Banners and Signs
Signs or banners must be event-related, in good taste and cannot obstruct the view of other spectators. They may not contain commercial messages, logos, or political endorsements. All signs to be held by spectators must be no larger than 3 feet tall by 3 feet wide. All banners and signs that are to be hung must not be larger than 3 feet tall and 8 feet long. Any spectators wishing to hang banners should do so with rope, twine or plastic ties. No taping permitted.

Cameras
Cameras (still only) are permitted inside Robertson Stadium as long as their use does not interfere with the game or other guests' enjoyment of the event. Pictures of the game are for personal use only and may not be sold. Tri-pods and mono-pods are prohibited from use on the concourse or in the stands. Video cameras and video recording of events are prohibited.

Coaches Club Tent
Located inside Gate 7, the Coaches Club Tent opens 2 hours before kickoff and remains open throughout the duration of the game. Entry is available to guests with a pre-issued Access Pass and a valid game ticket. Food and drink (available until the end of the 3rd Quarter) must be purchased and consumed inside the tent. Houston Athletics and the Fire Marshall hold the right to refuse entry if capacity has been reached at any time, including inclement weather. Additionally, Houston Athletics and ISP Sports reserve the right to confiscate any Access Pass if it is used improperly or if the pass holder acts irresponsibly.

Code of Conduct
Houston Athletics is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests. Our staff will proactively support an environment free from the following behaviors:

  • Abusive, foul or disruptive language and obscene gestures
  • Intoxication or other signs of impairment related to alcohol consumption
  • Fighting, taunting or threatening remarks or gestures
  • Sitting in a location other than the guests ticketed seat
  • Displays of affection not appropriate in a public setting
  • Obscene or indecent clothing
  • Any disruption to the progress of the event by guest's actions

Continuing inappropriate behavior may result in the guest being ejected, arrested by police, or having his/her tickets revoked. All Season Ticket Holders are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons using their tickets.

Concessions
Aramark is the concessionaire for Robertson Stadium. The locations at Gates 1, 7, 8 and 14, as well as the portable concession stands, are cash only. Credit cards are accepted at the concession stands located across from Gate 4 and Gate 11.

Concessions are also available before the game, outside the stadium, across from Gates 7 and 9.

Emergencies
Should you need immediate assistance, please notify the nearest event staff member, security personnel or police officer.

In the event of a serious emergency at Robertson Stadium, all event staff, event security, police and Houston Public Safety emergency response agencies are ready and available to assist all guests, including guests with disabilities. Pertinent information regarding the emergency situation and evacuation procedures will be provided over the public address system and stadium televisions and scoreboards.

Entrances
There are nine (9) guest entrances to Robertson Stadium. These locations are as follows:

Gates 1, 4 and 7: West side of the stadium. All guests
Gate 2: West side of stadium. Houston player guests
Gate 3: West side of the stadium. High school coaches and Houston recruits
Gates 7 and 11: East side of the stadium. All guests
Gate 10: East side of the stadium. Houston students and student guests
Gate 12: East side of the stadium. Visiting team player guest and will call

First Aid
A First Aid staff is located at Gate 1 of Robertson Stadium. Guests needing medical assistance are encouraged to contact a nearby event staff or security staff member, who can assist in contacting the First Aid staff.

Football Return Policy
Footballs that enter the seating area must be returned to the field.

Game Day Central
Game Day Central is located inside Gate 1 of Robertson Stadium. At this location, fans can pick up posters, schedule cards, Cougar Paws coupons books and other game day information.

Gate Opening Times
Robertson Stadium will open one and a half (1 1/2) hours prior to the start of games.

Lost And Found
All Guests looking to claim or report lost items during an event should visit Game Day Central at Gate 1. Items found, but not claimed are taken to the University of Houston Police Department the week after the game. Houston Athletics cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.

Merchandise
Cougar Authentic, the official outfitter of Houston Athletics, is located outside the stadium at Gate 7 and inside the stadium at Gates 1 and 8. The location at Gate 7 opens two and a half hours prior to the game, while the locations inside the stadium open one and a half hours prior when the gates open. The main store, located inside the Athletics Alumni Center, is open on game days. Hours vary based on game time. Please call 713-462-2667 for exact hours.

Media Entrance
Members of the media are encouraged to enter the facility on the west side of the stadium; however, as long as the member is displaying the proper credentials, he or she can enter the facility at any manned entrance. Upon entering, bags may be inspected and tagged accordingly.

Media Will Call
The Media Will Call is located on the east side of the stadium at the booth near Gate 9. Members of the media must present a valid ID in order to pick up their credentials. No exceptions.

Parking
Parking areas open for permit parking on game days at 7 am. Cash parking opens four hours prior to kickoff.

Player Guest-Houston
Guests of Houston players may pick their ticket up at Gate 2 beginning one and a half hours prior to kick off. Per NCAA rules, each person receiving a ticket must be present and present a photo ID in order to sign for their ticket. Guests of players are required to enter the stadium when they receive their ticket and must follow stadium policies regarding no re-entry.

Prohibited Items and Behavior
In conjunction with the NCAA and for the safety of our guests and employees, the following are prohibited:

  • Smoking (except in designated areas)
  • Alcohol
  • Animals (except service animals to aid guests with disabilities)
  • Bottles, cans and beverage containers of any kind
  • Thermoses
  • Food items*
  • Umbrellas
  • Fireworks, firearms and weapons of any kind
  • Laser Pointers
  • Noisemakers
  • Video cameras and the use of video capable devices
  • Ticket scalping
  • Abusive, foul or disruptive language
  • Throwing objects
  • Trespassing, soliciting, peddling and loitering
  • Any other item or action deemed dangerous or inappropriate
  • Guests who appear to be inebriated and unmanageable will not be permitted admittance into the stadium.

Any attempt to bring alcohol into the stadium will be considered a violation of the Code of Conduct and may result in the guest being ejected, arrested or tickets being revoked. All persons and/or their belongings are subject to search. Violators of the rules of any State or City laws will be refused admission, asked to leave or ejected from stadium property.

*Exceptions will be made for those with medical requirements and/or special needs.

Radio
Houston Cougar football games are broadcast in the Houston area on 790 AM The Sports Animal as part of the Houston ISP Sports Network. For markets outside of Houston, click here.

Re-Entry
There is a no re-entry policy in effect for Robertson Stadium. Once guest exits the stadium, they will not be allowed back in for the remainder of the event.

Restrooms
There are public restrooms (men and women) conveniently located throughout the stadium. All restrooms are accessible to our guests with disabilities.

Smoking
Designated smoking areas are located in the grass areas in the corners of Gates 1, 8, and 14. Smoking is not permitted in the stands or anywhere outside of the stated areas.

Violators of this policy may be ejected from the stadium. All Season Ticket Holders are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons using their tickets.

Sponsorships and Giveaways
No items may be distributed in or around Robertson Stadium without prior consent from the Houston ISP Sports Network and Houston Athletics. To obtain consent, or for information on stadium and radio broadcast sponsorships, please contact the Houston ISP Sports Network at 713-743-1446.

Stroller Policy
Strollers are permitted at Robertson Stadium. However, their use cannot inhibit guest movement or block any aisles. Smaller, umbrella-style strollers can be stored underneath a seat as long as it does not create an obstruction for other guests.

Television Broadcasts
Selected games will air on selected networks, local or national, depending on the game date. Check UHCougars.com or local listings for channels and times.

Tickets
The Houston Athletics Ticket Office is located on the first floor of the Athletics/Alumni Center, open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Hours may be extended to accommodate the needs of specific events. For ticket information, call the Ticket Office at (713) GO-COOGS (462-6647) or visit UHCougars.com.

Ticket Policy
Guests are required to possess their ticket, at all times, once they enter the stadium. Guests must show their ticket to any stadium staff member when requested to do so. Failure to produce a valid game day ticket may result in ejection from the stadium.

For Cougars games, children ages two (2) years old and under do not need a ticket to enter Robertson Stadium. They must be seated on an adult's lap and not interfere with the sightlines of other guests.

Ticket Replacement Policy (Lost or Stolen Tickets)
Please contact the Ticket Office at 713-GO-COOGS (462-6647) as soon as possible if you discover that your season tickets have been lost or stolen. It is recommended that you contact the ticket office prior to game day.

Visiting Team Player Guest and Will Call
The visiting team player guest and will call is located at Gate 12 of Robertson Stadium. Guests will be admitted when the gates open one and a half hours prior to kickoff. The visiting team may distribute tickets prior to this time, but that is the decision of each visiting institution. If you are receiving tickets through the visiting team and have questions, you should contact that institution prior to game day.

Will Call
Will Call is available at Robertson Stadium in between gates 9 and 10 on the northeast side of the stadium. Will Call ticket windows open two and half (2 1/2) hours prior to kickoff. To claim tickets at Will Call, a photo ID must be presented. For University of Houston games, only the account holder of record may pick up tickets. A person other than the account holder may pick up tickets from Will Call provided that the account holder request for that individual to pick up the tickets at the time of purchase.
