New Season Ticket Orders
Buy your tickets early to ensure the best possible seats! Season ticket holders save almost 30% off the single game price and seats start as low as $135 each! To order your tickets now, click on the "New Season Tickets" button above.
All NEW season ticket orders will be filled after the renewal deadline of September 2nd. New orders will be processed based on the Cougar Pride Priority Points system. All seating requests are based on availability.
Starting September 17th locations can be selected at the time of purchasing season tickets.
Renewals
Season ticket renewal forms will be mailed out to last year's season ticket holders in early September. Returning season ticket holders will have first priority to retain their seats as long as payment is received by the renewal deadline. Full payment must be received for all season tickets ordered. The person listed on the account must make payment and payment will not be accepted by any other persons.
Renewal Deadline
The 2012-13 men's basketball season ticket renewal deadline is: September 2, 2012. After this date past seat locations will not be guaranteed. All renewal applications not received by this date are considered late and are subject to relocation.
Seat Upgrades
Seat upgrades will be based on availability and only those fans whose seats can be moved will be contacted. All other requests will retain the same seats as the previous year as long as payment is received by the deadline. Please keep the following points in mind when requesting upgrades:
- Upgrades are based on current fans releasing their seats. Attrition is low as you get closer to the center or lower.
- Each year you must submit a request for seat upgrades. Requests are not carried over from year to year and are not based on the number of years requesting upgrades.
- Please make requests as specific as possible.
- If you are part of a group, please indicate if you are willing to separate from the group in order to improve your seats. If the entire group is wishing to change their seats, all members must submit the same request. The larger the group, the harder it is to relocate all seats.
Seat Additions
If you would like additional season tickets, you must include payment at the time of the request. Any additional seats will be filled with the best available seats and in order based on Priority Point system. The seats available may possibly not be adjacent to your existing seats.

^Faculty/Staff and H-Association discount only available in advance at the Houston Athletics Ticket Office. Discount not available on the day of game at the stadium. Faculty/Staff are considered full-time/benefits eligible members of the UH System. H-Association members must be active and have paid dues during 2012 campaign.

Children/Infant Admission Policy
Everyone ages three (3) years and older must have a ticket to enter Hofheinz Pavilion. Any child two (2) and under must sit in the lap of the parent or guardian and may not occupy a seat.
Refund Policy
No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are permitted unless we are unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be granted due to a game date or time change.
UH Student Tickets
All UH Students are admitted FREE to regular season men's basketball home games. Each student must present a valid Cougar Card at the Cullen Street side of Hofheinz Pavilion for admission. Tickets are not needed; all student sections are general admission. Admission is first-come, first-served and based on availability. Just show your Cougar Card for admittance.
