2013 Season Ticket Information

New Season Ticket Orders
Order your tickets early to ensure the best possible seats! Season ticket holders save off the single game price and are guaranteed a seat to all home games for the 2013 season. To order your season tickets now, click on the "New Season Tickets" link.

All new season ticket orders will be filled after the renewal deadline. New orders will be processed and filled in order based on the Cougar Pride Priority Point System. All seating requests are based on availability.

Renewals
The 2013 football season ticket renewal is available online by clicking on the "Renew Season Tickets" link and will be followed shortly by a paper renewal in the mail.  If you have any questions with your renewal please contact the UH Ticket Office at 713-GO-COOGS(462-6647) or tickets@uh.edu.

Renewal Deadline
The 2013 football season ticket renewal deadline is June 21 at 5:00 p.m. CST. Renewals must be in by the deadline to be guaranteed Cougar Pride priority seating order before all new buyers. Make sure to get both your ticket renewal and Courgar Pride renewal in before the deadline as this will affect your seat location for the 2013 season.

Cougar Pride Seating
In order to request seats in the Cougar Pride location, your donation level must meet or exceed the minimum requirements for the selected area. For more information on Cougar Pride and how to join click here.

Seat Additions
Since we are no longer playing in Robertson Stadium this year you may order as many additional seats as you like for the 2013 football season. We will do our best to make sure all of your seats are sat together.

Away Game Tickets
Tickets for away games may be ordered with season tickets. Away game tickets will go on sale shortly after season ticket renewals are made available. All orders will be processed and filled in order based on the Cougar Pride Priority Point System. Away game tickets will be mailed no later than 2 weeks prior to the game. Full payment must be made at the time of order.

Young Alumni Information
The Young Alumni Program offers current students and recent graduates within the last three years an opportunity toreceive Cougar Pride benefits, network with established alumni, and most importantly, make a change. They will have the chance to obtain Cougar Pride points at all donor levels at a reduced rate. This will allow young donors the chance to attend athletic luncheons, meet coaches and players, as well as attend alumni networking events. For a complete breakdown, click here.

Lost/Destroyed Tickets
All tickets should be treated like cash. The Houston Athletic Ticket Office is not responsible for any tickets that are lost. A fee will be assessed to you for any lost/stolen tickets, no exceptions. Duplicates will only be issued for reserved season tickets and requested the week of the event. General admission and single game tickets will not be duplicated. The season ticket holder of record must be present to have duplicate tickets issued. No third parties will be issued duplicates for someone else's season tickets. Please contact the ticket office if you have any questions regarding lost or destroyed tickets.

Accessible Seating
Accessible seating is limited. If you need accessible seating, please contact the Houston Athletic Ticket Office as soon as possible prior to the day of the game. Orders will be filled on a first-come first-served basis.

Address Changes
Please submit address changes on your season ticket application. It is your responsibility to inform the Houston Athletic Ticket Office of any changes in your address by: July 1, 2013. All season tickets and subsequent information will be sent to the address on file at that time.

Children/Infant Admission Policy
Everyone age three (3) years and older must have a ticket to enter. Any child two (2) and under must sit in the lap of the parent or guardian and may not occupy a seat.

UH Student Tickets
All UH Main Campus students are admitted FREE to regular season football home games. Each student must present a valid Cougar Card ID card for admission. Tickets are not issued; all student sections are general admission. Admission is first-come, first-serve and based on availability. Cougar Card ID's are NOT valid for admission to Conference Championship or NCAA postseason related events.

Refund Policy
No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are permitted unless we are unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be granted due to a game date or time changes.

Sitting with Groups
If you would like to have your season ticket location next to your friends or family account holders will need to email tickets@uh.edu from their email address on-file. Please include your account number, name, and contact information as well as the other account holder's account numbers, names and contact info. Make sure to state that you would all like to sit together and make sure everyone else in the group does the same. Seating will be based upon the person in the group with the lowest Cougar Pride ranking.
