Men’s Basketball Coaching Clinic Set for Saturday, Oct. 4

HOUSTON – HOUSTON – High school, middle school and AAU basketball coaches are invited to attend University of Houston Head Coach Kelvin Sampson's annual Coaching Clinic on Saturday, Oct. 4, inside Guy V. Lewis Development Facility.

Admission to the clinic is FREE. Space is limited, and coaches are encouraged to register early.

Check-in will be at the Guy V. Lewis Development Facility entrance off Holman Street, beginning at 9 a.m., Oct. 4.

With Houston Football playing host to Texas Tech inside TDECU Stadium that day, no free parking will be available.

Sampson and his assistant coaches will lead the team in skill development to begin the clinic at 10 a.m., Oct. 4. From there, Sampson will be miked up for practice as he leads the Cougars in preparation for the 2025-26 season.

Following the team workout, Sampson will answer questions from audience members and offer other insights.

SCHEDULE
9 a.m. – Registration at Guy V. Lewis Development Facility entrance (corner of Cullen Boulevard and Holman Street)
10 a.m. – Coaching clinic
12:30 p.m. – Houston team practice
